A Christchurch entrepreneur believes he has created an attractive alternative to bollards as a ramraid prevention measure. Stu Mackenzie says his barricades – metal cages filled with rocks – could be an effective solution for businesses which don’t want to be permanently burdened with bollards, and which may not have the funds or time to get them in when they’re needed.
